Ingredients
- 150g Rice Flour
- 75g Glutinous Rice Flour
- 75g Tapioca Flour
- 1 tsp Xanthan gum
- 150g sugar
- 2.25 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 200ml cup oil
- 150ml milk
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C. Grease two 8-inch round cake pans.
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Add in wet ingredients.
- Divide batter into cake pans, and bake for 30 minutes.
Sheet pan variant
If using a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan, bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
