Yakisoba

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Noodles

  • 3/4 lbs protein (usually chicken or pork belly)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 head small green cabbage
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 servings of yakisoba noodles
  • seaweed topping

Instructions

  1. Cut protein, onions, carrots, cabbage, green onions and mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the sauce.
  3. In a heated pan, loosen nakisoba noodles in oil, then remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, brown meat.
  5. Add onions
  6. Add carrots
  7. Add cabbage and mushrooms
  8. Add green onions
  9. Add noodles and sauce.
  10. Serve and top with seaweed.
