Ingredients
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
Noodles
- 3/4 lbs protein (usually chicken or pork belly)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 head small green cabbage
- 2 green onions
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 3 servings of yakisoba noodles
- seaweed topping
Instructions
- Cut protein, onions, carrots, cabbage, green onions and mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sauce.
- In a heated pan, loosen nakisoba noodles in oil, then remove from pan.
- In the same pan, brown meat.
- Add onions
- Add carrots
- Add cabbage and mushrooms
- Add green onions
- Add noodles and sauce.
- Serve and top with seaweed.
