Thai Pork Basil

Ingredients

  • 2 shallots

  • 7 garlic cloves

  • 400g pork mince

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 2 tsp oyster sauce

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

  • 1.5 cups fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce together to form a sauce.

  2. Stir fry shallots and garlic until aromatic.

  3. Add mince pork.

  4. Add stir fry sauce.

  5. Deglaze pan with broth, and cook off the liquid.

  6. Add basil.
