Ingredients

2 shallots

7 garlic cloves

400g pork mince

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp dark soy sauce

2 tsp oyster sauce

1/3 cup chicken broth

1.5 cups fresh basil
Instructions

Mix sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce together to form a sauce.

Stir fry shallots and garlic until aromatic.

Add mince pork.

Add stir fry sauce.

Deglaze pan with broth, and cook off the liquid.

Add basil.
