Ingredients

2 slices bread

200g beef mince

200g pork mince

1 egg

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp all spice powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

3/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Grate or mince onions.

Cut bread into cubes

Mix bread with onions. If onion juice does not make bread soggy, add a splash of milk. Soak for 1 min.

Mix in remaining ingredients.

Shape meatballs then cook them.
Gravy
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Make a roux
- Add beef stock
- If cooking meatballs in gravy, add them here
- When gravy has thicken (about 8-10 min), add cream and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
