Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 120g sugar

  • 100g butter

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1.5 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter at medium speed.

  2. Add egg, water, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.

  3. Mix in xanthan gum and flour at low speed.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

  5. Cut out cookies and bake at 180 C for 10-12 min.
