Ingredients
- 500g Oyster Mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 carrot, julienned
- Asian chives
Instructions
- Blanch mushrooms for 1 minute. Then squeeze out excess water.
- Add garlic, salt, sesame oil, black pepper
- Stir-fry mushrooms
- Add carrots
- Remove from heat and add chives
