Ingredients

• 3 cold egg whites

• 1 lb icing sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Beat egg whites on medium speed until frothy, about 1 min.

2. On low speed, slowly add in icing sugar and vanilla

3. Once fully incorporated, increase speed to medium-high and beat until stiff peaks form.
