Ingredients
Dough for ONE pizza
- 100g water
- 160-170g bread flour
- 3.5g salt
- sourdough or yeast
for Sauce (enough for 6 pizza)
- 1 can of peel tomatoes (440g)
- 1% salt (4.4g)
- any additional seasoning, e.g. oregano
Instructions
For Dough
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Knead until smooth. Do NOT overknead.
- Ball it up and leave to rise.
- (Optional) Cold ferment for additional flavour. Take dough out about 1-2 hours before cooking to let it warm up to room temperature.
For Sauce
- Crush tomatoes.
- Season tomato sauce.
