  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup water

  • pinch salt

Milky

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 - 2/3 cup milk
