Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 220g minced pork
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp (1-inch) grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp chicken stock
- ramen noodles
- Other Toppings: green onions, garlic chives, garlic, dried bonito flakes, nori, raw egg
Instructions
- Brown minced pork with sesame oil.
- Add grated ginger and garlic. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add seasonings: sake, doubanjiang, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken stock.
- Simmer on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the noodles.
- While the noodles cook, slice up the other toppings.
- Top cooked noodles with minced pork and other toppings, then serve.
