Mazesoba

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 220g minced pork
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp (1-inch) grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp chicken stock
  • ramen noodles
  • Other Toppings: green onions, garlic chives, garlic, dried bonito flakes, nori, raw egg

Instructions

  1. Brown minced pork with sesame oil.
  2. Add grated ginger and garlic. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add seasonings: sake, doubanjiang, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken stock.
  4. Simmer on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook the noodles.
  6. While the noodles cook, slice up the other toppings.
  7. Top cooked noodles with minced pork and other toppings, then serve.
