1 large cucumber

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)

1 tbsp chopped scallion

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions

Thinly slice cucumbers. Then toss with salt and set aside for 15 min.

Drain excess liquid. Then mix well with remaining ingredients.
