Korean Spicy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)

  • 1 tbsp chopped scallion

  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice cucumbers. Then toss with salt and set aside for 15 min.

  2. Drain excess liquid. Then mix well with remaining ingredients.
