Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 medium pack kimchi

  • 150g bacon

  • 3 cups rice

  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until mostly done. Set aside.

  2. Fry garlic until aromatic, about 10 seconds.

  3. Stir fry kimchi.

  4. Add rice and kimchi juice.

  5. Add sesame oil

  6. Add bacon

  7. Garnish and serve. Garnish options: sesame seeds, green onions, seaweed, fried eggs.
