Ingredients

1 medium pack kimchi

150g bacon
-
3 cups rice

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions

Cook bacon until mostly done. Set aside.

Fry garlic until aromatic, about 10 seconds.

Stir fry kimchi.

Add rice and kimchi juice.

Add sesame oil
-
Add bacon
-
Garnish and serve. Garnish options: sesame seeds, green onions, seaweed, fried eggs.
