Japchae

Ingredients

  • Japchae noodles
  • chives
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Meat (beef/bacon)

    Sauce ingredients:

  • 1 spoon minced Garlic
  • Oyster sauce (rough estimation)
  • 3 spoons brown sugar
  • 2 spoons oil
  • 5 spoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Soak noodles in water for 30 minutes (room temp)
  2. Cut the vegetables (julienne) and cut the meat (if necessary)
  3. Fry the meat and then the vegetables, remember to salt
  4. Make the Japchae sauce
  5. Pour in the soft noodles into the sauce
  6. Leave it until the glass noodles are soft 2-3 minutes
  7. Pour in the meat and vegetables and mix
