Ingredients
- Japchae noodles
- chives
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 Carrot

1 Meat (beef/bacon)
Sauce ingredients:
- 1 spoon minced Garlic
- Oyster sauce (rough estimation)
- 3 spoons brown sugar
- 2 spoons oil
- 5 spoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Soak noodles in water for 30 minutes (room temp)
- Cut the vegetables (julienne) and cut the meat (if necessary)
- Fry the meat and then the vegetables, remember to salt
- Make the Japchae sauce
- Pour in the soft noodles into the sauce
- Leave it until the glass noodles are soft 2-3 minutes
- Pour in the meat and vegetables and mix
