Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 450g potatoes

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Bake potatoes at 180C for an hour.

  2. Peel and mash the potatoes with salt.

  3. Fold eggs into the cool potatoes.

  4. Fold in the flour in two turns.

  5. Shape the gnocchi.

  6. Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float (about 3-4 minutes).

  7. Serve with whatever pasta sauce you like.
