Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 lb spinach
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cook bacon and set aside
- Saute onions in bacon fat, then wilt spinach. Set aside.
- Beat eggs and milk. Season with salt.
- In a baking dish, place filling and pour over egg mixture.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
