Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

  3. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir. Note: do not overmix!

  4. Cook pancakes over medium heat until surface of pancakes have bubbled, about 1 min. Then flip and cook until brown on both sides, about 1-2 min more.
