1 cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

1 cup milk

2 tbsp melted butter

1 large egg
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

In a medium bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir. Note: do not overmix!

Cook pancakes over medium heat until surface of pancakes have bubbled, about 1 min. Then flip and cook until brown on both sides, about 1-2 min more.
