Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/8 cup water
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Make a well, then add wet ingredients.
- Knead 5-10 times until smooth. Then cover with a clean dish cloth and leave for 10 minutes.
- Cook flatbread on oiled skillet.
