Ingredients
For Salmon

400g salmon

3/4 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1.5 tbsp mayonnaise

1.5 tbsp whole-grain mustard

1/4 tsp pepper, divided
For Green Gean Pilaf

250g green beans
-
1/2 lemon
-
1.5 tbsp pine nuts

1/2 cup cooked rice
-
1 tbsp water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 220 C

Brush salmon with oil

Mash garlic and salt into paste. Combine garlic paste with mayo, mustard and 1/8 tsp pepper.

Spread part of the mixture on top of fish, and bake (6-8 min per inch of thickness).

Meanwhile, saute green beans, lemon zest, pine nuts, the remaining garlic paste and 1/8 tsp pepper over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat to medium and add cooked rice.
