1 cup cheese

1/2 cup Gluten-free flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

1.5 cup milk

4 eggs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 C.

Cook fillings.

Grease baking dish and spread fillings evenly over bottom. Scatter cheese over fillings.

Whisk flour, baking powder with milk until there are no lumps. Then whisk in eggs, salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture into baking dish, and bake for 30 - 40 min or until the mixture is just cooked in the centre.
