Ingredients
- 90g flour
- 60g cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 50g granulated sugar
- 50g brown sugar
- 80ml oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 120ml milk + 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- Chocolate Buttercream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 C. Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

In a medium bowl, whisk wet ingredients except for milk together.

Pour half of the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then half the milk and whisk. Then repeat with the rest.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter until halfway.
- Bake for 18-21 minutes.
- Cool, then frost with buttercream.
