Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 25ml milk (or water)

Instructions

  1. Beat butter on high for 30 seconds until light.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix on low speed until creamy. Note: If frosting seems dry, add additional liquid.
