Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 400g minced beef
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 14oz cans crushed tomato
- 1 can 14 oz red kidney beans
- 1 beef boullion cubes
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 cups water
Spice Mix:
- 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tsp paprika
- 5 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- On medium heat, cook garlic and onion for 1 minute, then add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes, until onion is translucent.
- Turn heat up to high and add beef. Cook until mostly brown.
- Add chilli spices and cook until beef is fully brown.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to simmer.
- Cook uncovered on medium low heat for 20-40 minutes.
