Ingredients
- 400g vermicelli
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- 1 pack fish balls / cakes
- 2 pieces chicken breast
- 2-3 tbsp chilli paste
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 1-2 tbsp sesame oil, optional
- Sweet soy sauce, to taste
- Thick caramel soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white pepper powder
- Mustard greens (Sawi)
- Cabbage
- Salt to taste
- Spring onion
- Red chilli
Instructions
- Rehydrate meehoon
- Stir-fry garlic until aromatic
- Add in chili paste
- Add in chicken
- Add in oyster sauce
- Add in fish balls
- Add in light and sweet soy sauces, white pepper, chicken boullion, mustard green stalks, sesame oil.
- Add in meehoon. If dry, add water.
- Add dark soy sauce.
- Add cabbage.
- Add Mustard green leaves.
- Before serving, top with spring onions and red chilli.
