1 cup quinoa

2 cups water
Instructions

Rinse quinoa under running water for 30 seconds

Boil quinoa over medium-high heat, then simmer for 10-20 minutes, until quinoa has absorbed all water.

Remove pot from heat, cover, and let quinoa steam for 5 minutes.

Fluff quinoa, and season with salt and olive oil to taste. [Note: Optional]
