Ingredients
(for 6 mini-donuts)
Dry Ingredients
- 120g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/8 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
- 22.5g melted butter
- 75g sugar (can be a mix of white and brown)
- 120ml milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt butter. Leave to cool.
- Preheat oven to 180C. Grease your donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk dry ingredients together.
- In a separatate bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Followed by milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. (Do not overmix)
- Pipe donut batter into donut pan, filling each to about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- When donuts are cool enough to handle, top or glaze your donut as you wish.
