Ingredients
For Marinade

4 pieces chicken chop

30ml soy sauce

30ml Worcestershire sauce

2 eggs
For Mushroom Sauce

30g butter
-
1 small onion
-
25g mushrooms
-
60ml ketchup
-
30ml water
-
2g chicken bouillon
-
15g brown sugar
-
2g cornstarch
Instructions

Pound chicken to about 1/2 inch thick.

Marinade chicken with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for at least 3 hours (better if overnight).

Make the sauce: In a small saucepan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter.

Add ketchup, chicken bouillon, water, brown sugar and cornstarch dissolved in tbsp of water. Bring to boil, stirring until the sauce thickens up. Set aside.

Bake chicken. Usually 20 min at 180 C.
