Apple Oat Crumble

Ingredients

For Apple Filling

  • 500g apples

  • 50g sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp flour

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 60ml water

For Crumble

  • 80g rolled oats

  • 120g gluten free flour

  • 150g brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 120g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

  2. Place sliced apples in a 8x8 inch baking dish.

  3. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over apples.

  4. Pour water evenly over all.

  5. Make crumble topping by combining all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

  6. Place crumble top evenly over apple mixture.

  7. Bake for about 45 min.
