Ingredients
For Apple Filling

500g apples

50g sugar

1/2 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

60ml water
For Crumble

80g rolled oats
-
120g gluten free flour

150g brown sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

120g melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 C.

Place sliced apples in a 8x8 inch baking dish.

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over apples.

Pour water evenly over all.

Make crumble topping by combining all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

Place crumble top evenly over apple mixture.

Bake for about 45 min.
