400g meat (chicken or pork)

3 potatoes

3 carrots

1 onion

2 tomatoes

1L chicken stock
Instructions

Chop up potatoes, carrots, onions and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Brown chicken / pork.

Deglaze pot with chicken stock.

Add potatoes, carrots, onions and tomatoes. Bring to boil.

Then reduce to a low-heat and simmer for at least 1.5 hours.
